Let’s start with the base design:
The (New Builder Hall 7 Base) setup makes it impossible for the attacker to actually assume where the traps are and trigger them with a dip deployment. Most traps are actually on the inside so no way to avoid them anyway, but let’s give the attacker the illusion of being able to
The reason for this is simple, you want to have a few defenses and buildings first to group the troops up again (especially Barbarians and Archers) and after that you can maximize the potential of the Bombs, Spring Traps and Push Traps.
Also there are so many empty spaces inside the base that it’s impossible to figure out anything about traps for the attacker.
If you follow the paths you will see that they all lead to the Crushers first before ground troops will be able to access the core are where all the heavy and dangerous defenses wait for them.
